Dustdevil appears at Dumarao Public Market

DUMARAO, Capiz, Oct. 31 - While some Dumaraonon were at the Dumarao Public Cemetery preparing for the All Saints' Day on the next day, a dustdevil appeared at Dumarao Public Market. The dustdevil was captured on the video posted by Harold Ray Demaisip in Facebook who was also at the area during the appearance of the said phenomenon. Jondy Laab Arevalo, Demaisip's companion, said that it was 12:30 in the afternoon when they saw it.
