ROXAS City — Capiz Gov. Victor Tanco introduced his Liberal Party (LP)
running mates on April 26, 2013, Friday, at Edgardo 'Dodoy'
Arancillo's residence, Pob. Ilawod Dumarao, Capiz among the 'Kabataan
Para sa Tuwid na Daan (KPTD)' scholars and their respective parents.

Unopposed mayoral candidate Leslie Warren 'Beboy' Benjamin and his
vice-mayor running mate Edgardo 'Dodoy' Arancillo were present in the
program. Capiz first lady Fatima Tanco and LP councilor runners Abner
Basiliano, Fernando Dorado Jr., Mateo Hachuela, Ariel Hallarda,
Fortunato Hare, Rolando Hiñola, Abel Padernal Jr. and the governor's
